Here at Custom Propulsion Systems we specialize in custom
propellers and high-tech surface propellers.
We have complete in-house CNC machining and
CAD design capacity so we can produce high quality custom
propellers to exacting customer specifications. Our foundy is capable
of pouring Manganese Bronze, Nickel Aluminum Bronze (NiBrAl) and Aluminum.
The company has complete machining and finishing capabilities utilizing
the finest craftsman in the industry.
History
In business since 1953, Ellis Propeller is one of the largest full
service and marine hardware manufacturers in the Southeastern United
States located in Jacksonville, Florida. Ellis Propeller has complete
in-house state-of-the-art marine engineering and navel architectural
design capabilities. In 1988, Ellis Propeller purchased the Columbian
Bronze tooling for the hydrosonic, Crewboat, Fishmaster, Kaplan, Mako,
and many others designs. In 1996, Ellis Propeller was sold and became
Custom Propulsion Systems, doing business as the Ellis Propeller Company.
